Inorder to make sure customers benefit ,our company had made some policys as follow:

1. The goods can be replaced within one week if customers don’t like the products appearance or functions(not quality problem) after received the goods.But customers should make sure the products and packages were not damaged. And the come and go freight charge need to be paid by customers.

2. Three Months Free Maintenance. 

1). If the products have problems within one month after received goods and can not be solved in customer side finally, the problem products or parts can be return to SECTEC. If it is do the product quality problem after check, SECTEC will undertake the come and go freight charge. If not the quality problem (such as, not correct use, lightning cause, etc), customers should pay the come and go freight charge. 

Note: for the return goods, the sender need to prepay the freight charge when delivery out, then calculate the prepaid freight charge into next order.

2). If the products have problem(not improper use or force majeure) within 2-3 months after received goods, SECTEC will pay the freight charge after repaired. And the customer should undertake the returned freight charge.

IP Camera,NVR,DVR and CCTV accessories are 1-year-warranty.

1) If the products have problem during warranty period(more than 3 month after received goods), the customers only need to pay the replaced components and come and go freight charge, not need to pay the repair charge. 

2) If the products have problem after the warranty period, SECTEC also will maintain the products. And the customers should not only pay the replaced components and repair charge, but also need to pay the repair charge. 

4. If the customers find there is product models which SECTEC sent not correct or less shipping usually within 3 days after receive the goods. SECTEC will send the correct or less shipping ones to customers. And SECTEC will pay all expenses produced by our mistake. 

5. In order to help to save customers or SECTEC freight charge or other cost, it is better to send the maintenance products with the new orders together. 

6. SECTEC shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until getting the defective product from customers. 

7. If SECTEC is unable to repair or replace a defective product which is covered by SECTEC's warranty, SECTEC shall refund the purchase price for the product within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect. 

8. This warranty is valid in any country that covered SECTEC products. 

9. Above after-sale policy only apply to products supplied directly from SECTEC CO.,LIT
